Protection of Personal Data
According to the article 11 of the Protection of Personal Data Law (L. 138(i)/2001), the company notifies hereby that it keeps records of all the application submitted by persons interested for the appointment by the company and the documents attached to such applications.
The data contained in the application are kept by the company according to its internal regulations relating to the procedure for the filling of vacant posts.
In view of the above, the Company hereby requests the relevant written consent of the interested persons, according to article 5(1) of the Protection of Personal Data Law.
All the personal details you provide to mii.com.cy are essential, and are thus treated in utmost confidentiality, for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts. Failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.

Legal Guarantees
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts
Independently of the contractual obligations that may prevail between mii.com.cy and the Customer both parties are safeguarded under the Cyprus Law 14(I) 2000 and the EU DIRECTIVE 2000/31/EC regarding the E-Commerce trade.
All products carry 2-year warranty by the manufacturer unless otherwise indicated in the product characteristics and/or the invoice.
If a product is defective, you must attach a copy of your invoice with the defective product.
The term Legal Warranty performs as per Law N.7(I)/2000.
Based on the law 5(2) N.7(I)/2000, mii.com.cy, under the term warranty, provides free of charge repair, replacement or reduction on price for customers that brings in a product within the legal warranty period and reports a specific problem. The term Free of Charge includes all necessary costs incurred to bring the product into conformity.
Please note that legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external forces (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s wrong usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using the said product with incorrect and/or third party peripherals, accessories or consumables.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to return the purchased products within 7 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online-store and only if approved unilaterally by our company and provided the return/refund amount concluded by mii.com.cy is accepted by the customer.
Moreover, the right to return all products within 14 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online shop provided the products to be returned must be un-used, Un-opened , Original seals intact , original shipping box.
By accessing our website/e-shop and/or placing any order, you are accepting and consenting to our ‘Returns and Cancellation policy’ as described above and the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and our ‘Privacy Statement’
Returns
Please follow the procedures below according to the applicable scenario:
Scenario 1 à Unopened, unused, sealed in its original packaging without opening it and without any damage.
Please contact us for the contact details of our partner per area/region.Return at the designated partner point within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with th receipt of purchase.
In case of purchase from our online shop you can return the products within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase provided they are Unopened, Unused, with the original seals, in its original packaging without opening it.
The product can be exchanged with other product of equivalent value.
Scenario 2 à Opened, unused, in its original packaging
You may contact us to help you but no return is possible.
Scenario 3 à In case of malfunctioned products
Please contact us for the contact details of our service partner per area/region.
The product will be inspected from our Service Department/Partner and provided it complies with the manufacturer’s and/or our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the repair.
Where to return your products
You can return your products to the designated partner point or by sending the products by courier to the designated partner area, from Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.Please contact us for the contact details of our partner per area/region.
Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an online order:
If you have chosen to Pick-up from a designated partner point, you may cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling us or sending us an email.
If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.
After the dispatch of the order/product, your order status will be automatically updated and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You may of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT, according to the current VAT legislation.
Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice.
All product offers and/or special offers are valid until stock lasts.
We list availability information for products sold on our website, on each product information page. Beyond what we indicate in that page or otherwise on the website/e-commerce, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible if any products in you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.
Payment Terms and Conditions
The credit/debit card and/or PayPal account will be charged after verification and certification of its data and validity. Customer is responsible for the proper submission and true details of the credit card.
The payments by credit card or debit card and by PayPal are usually processed automatically by the respective institution.Under certain cases, you may be forwarded to PayPal official payment page/module to complete your payment.
Payment may be effected via credit, debit and prepaid cards issued by a bank and/or payment institutions and/or PayPal.
The services above are offered in collaboration with Paypal and/or other bank/payments institutions which provide special systems for the safe transmission of data of the credit/ debit card.
By submitting your credit card data, you acknowledge and agree that mii.com.cy in collaboration with Paypal and/or other bank/payments institutions will charge the credit card you have submitted for the amount of the transaction. Your card data is collected directly by Paypal and/or other bank/payments institutions without mii.com.cy intervention and mii.com.cy does not have access to data such as card number, expiry date and cvv2. Therefore, mii.com.cy shall accept no liability for any issue occurring with regard to any of the above data.
mii.com.cy takes technical and organizational measures to ensure security of data and transactions made through the mii.com.cy. The transaction particulars (transaction number, registration number of subscriber, amount of payment, IP address) which mii.com.cy collects and processes are used exclusively and solely for the purpose of receiving, effecting, and completing payment in accordance with mutual obligations. They are not announced nor transmitted by mii.com.cy to any third party with the exception of the credit/debit cards bank institutions which is a collaborator for this service and they are deleted once the purpose for which they were retained has been fulfilled. You acknowledge and accept and you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data both by mii.com.cy as well as by the credit/debit cards and PayPal bank institutions when using the Service.
Provided that the transaction is successful, the account balance is updated in the mii.com.cy systems upon receipt of the information concerned by the credit/debit cards bank institutions and/or PayPal through a relevant file. The said procedure may take up to 5 days which depends solely on the time that bank institutions and/or PAyPal requires to process and send the data. The history of payments which appears concerns and contains only the payments made electronically through the Application, while payments through any other channel are not included.
mii.com.cy shall have no responsibility in case of handset or computer or credit card lost and/or theft and/or malicious use of the Application. In case of credit card lost or theft, user shall inform the Bank Institute, which issued the credit card, immediately and report the insistent to the Police.
Copyright, Trademarks
This Site and/or e-shop, the Products, the Services and the software connected with them and all material or content contains information, is protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the above without expressly being authorised to do so in writing by mii.com.cy or the publisher and/or the owner of such content.
All registered brand names, logos, images, registered names and whatsoever are property of their respective owners and mii.com.cy has no connection and/or relationship with any of them whatsoever.
Acceptance of these Terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
